Fantasy Human rp

He was right, he was right. He said he would find me, I didn't believe him. I was wrong. These thought played through her head as the man, no, her dad, followed her. She ran through the forest, branches whipping in her face and mud running up her legs. When she finally felt she could run no more she slowed. Spotting the tree with the fire places, she gave a cry of joy and gave a final burst of speed. Reaching it, she went inside. Where to hide, where to hide. She looked around the "room" crazily, but was not able to find a hiding spot. Crouched in a corner, she held her head in her hands, waiting for the worst to come.

Takusu jumped through some bushes as he came up to the tree they were in the time before. He mused inside, then he heard some footsteps behind him, and he quickly jumped inside. Hello? He whispered as he noticed the girl in the corner.

Her head whipped up to look at the wolf. "You again..." she whispered. She glanced at the discarded ruby an hoped he wouldn't notice it. "What are you doing here?" she cowered in the corner, her senses aware of the impending doom. She glanced outside, not able to see the man yet, but knowing he was coming. And knowing him, he would probably walk through the forest, sure that he would catch her. She twirled her hair nervously.

Not so loud. I saw you running from this person... I saw something was wrong... So I came. Takusu whispered and turned around to look outside. What is going on? He asked patiently.

Kalane narrowed her eyes than decided she could trust him. "That's my dad. He's coming for me... He doesn't think I have the right to survive, so he's making my life a living nightmare." She winced. It sounded much easier in words than in real life. She anxiously looked out the door, playing with her necklace.

Takusu growled a little at that sentence. We'll show him what a life of hell is... He snarled. As he mused out in the dark. Why does he hate you? By the way... He asked a little concerned about the girl.

"I don't know... Maybe because i'm a shifter? He always reminds me i'm only dumb animal. He... he" she almost choked on the words. Why was she telling this stranger this? "He killed my mother, before she gave me this necklace. She gave it to me for protection, against him I think." She opened the necklace and took out the dagger." I think he killed my mother because she was a shifter." She rolled the dagger around her palm.

Takusu just growled for a long time. That guy has a problem with his damned fooled mind.... Takusu sighed a little. What's his problem with shifters anyway... What if all the shifters were against humanity? How would the world have been then? He said calm, still musing into the dark.

"I don't know..." She saw a shape form in front of the tree. "I know your in there Kalane" a voice growled." Get out here." She cowered in the corner, shrinking away from his voice. Tears fell from her face. Slowly she stood. "Don't hurt me again" she whimpered.

"Why don't you come in here?" she said, her voice quivering. She saw the shape outside move. "Why should I trust you, you filthy shifter." his voice floated through the doorway. "Because I'm your daughter" she pleaded." And... and I promise you can do anything you want with me." The shape took a step towards the door than stepped in. Kalane cried out in fright.

She covered her mouth, her eyes horrified. "W-what now?" she stuttered. "Where do I go? What do I do? I should just let him have me..." she muttered. She looked at the wolf in front of her. "Why did you help me anyway?" she asked him.

Takusu sighed a little. He's not dead... But this might be a perfect time to turn him in to the police for Kid abuse... He said cold. Why I helped you... Well... I guess we are alike... We have lived the same way, but I thought I was the only one, who had to leave just because of our fathers... But your is psycho! He said and frowned at the man. He turned back to human form. I'm sorry... For everything I've done. But the way you looked... I couldn't stand it... I was so angry... I wasn't suppose to go that far on him... He said and held the man's wrist to feel for a pulse. ... It's normal... He said and took a step back. Are you ok? Anything you need? He asked concerned maybe this was too much for both him and her.

She sat down heavily. "No, I'm fine" she said weakly. She looked at her father, and suddenly felt very dizzy. He was just lying there... The room swayed before her eyes. She closed them and shook her head. Don't pass out now, she thought. She opened her eyes and said "I guess your right, that we should turn him in, but..." she suddenly blacked out, the whole scenario too much for her. Her last thought was, oh no, no here, not in front of him...

Takusu noticed her blacking out. Hey... Hey! He said running over to her, holding her up with his arms shaking her a little. Dang it... He sighed and took off his jacket and put it over her, making a soft spot to lie on out of moss. He sighed once done and saw her lying there. He grabbed down into his bag, and picked out some food and water which he placed beside her... I'll take care of this... He thought and took a piece of coal, and wrote on the wall. "Don't worry. I'll be back..." He took off his sweater and bound the man to his back. Then he turned into beast form and ran off towards the city. He stopped at the edge and turned back to human, and he quickly found a police man patrolling in the night. He talked over with him. and pointed over at the man. Later on Takusu started to walk back from the city, towards the tree.

Kalane woke, her throat dry. She saw some water beside her and drank it gratefully. She stood and stretched. What am I doing here? she thought, looking around. She spotted some black markings on the wall and traced her finger over them. "Don't worry, I'll be back..." Suddenly the events of the night came rushing back to her. "Dad" she said weekly. Takusu must have brought him into town... She walked over too the food. Some bread and a piece of dried meet. She ate these gratefully, her hunger finally quenched. She sat down and put on the jacket he left and settled down to wait for him.

Takusu didn't turn to a wolf on his way back. He jogged, but didn't run. Since he now felt relieved. Since everything was safer now than ever. He entered the tree a little later. Oh you're awake... How are you doing? He asked politely.

"Good, thanks" she mumbled, embarrassed. "What happened? Did you hand my dad over to the police?" She stood and took off the jacket, and handed it to him. She stretched and sighed. She felt drowsy, but she needed to be moving. To leave. To get as far away from this town as possible.

Takusu nodded a little. Yes... I did... It had to be done. But the police didn't seem surprised... He muttered, then shook his head. What are you thinking of doing now? He asked, not even knowing what he was thinking.

"I don't know... probably get as far away from here as I can" she shrugged, to show she really didn't know. "Well, what are you thinking of doing?" She looked at him questioningly.

If you're going to run... Keep my jacket... Guess you'll need it. But I don't know what to do... Takusu sighed. Do what I always have done... Do what I can to survive... Actually I've been thinking about getting out of here for a while too... But it seems a little too difficult for me... He said and sighed.

She tipped her head. "Too difficult? I don't see how..." She took the jacket back gratefully however. She put it on over her now torn dress and looked down. "I'm not exactly a fashion statement right now" she said laughing. "Although the jacket goes with my hair" she said jokingly. She held some of her red hair up to the jacket and smiled. "Well, thanks for everything you've done for me... I guess its goodbye." She looked down."And I doubt we will ever see each other again, since your staying..." She walked forward and gave him a quick hug, then walked out of the tree, and into the forest.

Takusu was confused for a second. He stood still thinking, then he made up his mind. He trotted quickly out of the tree. Wait! I'll come with you. He insisted. I don't care if you don't let me. The police made me a little concerned. He said walking up to her. Anyways... Everyone needs a guard now and then. He said and crossed his arms closing his eyes, musing up at her with one eye smiling weakly.
